How to Reduce Cellulite with Diet and Exercise

Take in foods that promote diuresis.  Diuretics are substances that stimulate our body to pee.  Excreting urine is helpful to prevent fluid retention and bloating.  A fluid buildup in your body will promote cellulites.  Celery, asparagus, and onions are known to promote diuresis.

Foods that are rich in Vitamin C can be added to your diet.  These foods are helpful in producing the collagen in the skin.  Collagen is responsible for the elasticity and integrity of the skin.

There are also foods to avoid to get rid of cellulite.  It is best for your body to avoid processed fatty foods such as sausages, cheese, and cake.  They often contain additives that are common source of toxins that interferes with the elasticity and strength of your skin.

You should also avoid smoking and drinking alcohol because of the harmful toxins it brings.  Alcoholic beverages are also source of sugars that slows down the production of collagen in the skin.
